How to use: This plant is very, very bitter. It's meant to be taken as an energetic dose (microdose), and in combination with fellow dream herbs for optimum effects. Such as ashwgandha, chamomile, tulsi, shizandra, etc. It is also classically smoked by indigenous people to induce its 'oneirogenic' effects.
